Team Leader - Martin and Servera (M/W/D)*

We are looking for a Team Leader to join our residential maintenance team at the Martin and Servera site in Norrköping.

The TGW solution comprises a shuttle system with more than 35,000 storage locations in two temperature zones (ambient and chilled temperature). In order to utilise the available surface to its full extent, totes are stored triple-deep. An automatic mini-load warehouse with 11,000 storage locations and Mustang E+ storage and retrieval machines is used for replenishment. The site is monitored and maintained by 3 Maintenance Engineers who work in a 3 shift pattern and a Team Leader who works in day shift from Monday to Friday. 

  • 05:00 – 14:00
  • 08:00 - 17:00 (trial Q1 2025) - regular shift: 11:00 - 20:00
  • 14:00 – 23:00

The Team Leader supports with safe and efficient management of the customer site.

They support the resident engineering team to ensure smooth operational performance and lead all continuous improvement activities that underpin site performance.  They are the customer's primary point of contact regarding day-to-day operations on-site.

  • Day-to-day management of the Resident Engineering team.
  • You will Co-ordinate all maintenance activities, planned repairs, and reactive repairs of the automated equipment on site.
  • You are responsible for performance reporting and monitoring, attending customer meetings, and identifying successes, and opportunities to improve.
  • Using internal tools such as DART and CMMS to ensure Continuous improvement.
  • You will perform audits of site processes to ensure compliance, implementing audit follow-up actions to improve the site.
  • You will manage team resources to ensure contract performance.
  • Conduct regular 1-2-1's and annual PDI’s to support team development and performance.
  • Support the automation to operate at its maximum efficiency.
  • Complete all necessary reports, including near-miss and hazard reports, shift reports, maintenance tasks, spare parts usage reports, and top loss reports, while working in DART, CMMS, SAV Assure, and Teams software platforms.
  • You will attend daily customer meetings, providing any updates on the automation.
  • You will manage escalations onsite in line with TGW’s Escalation procedure.

Was uns überzeugt:

  • You have an Engineering Qualification.
  • You have experience in leading a team or coaching and mentoring team members.
  • You have a strong knowledge of both electrical and mechanical engineering and a basic understanding of controls.
  • You have a working knowledge of Siemens S7, Profibus, Canbus, Profinet, and ASI Bus
  • You could work in a time-critical environment.
  • You are experienced in managing customer/stakeholder relationships.
  • Preferably you have previous experience working in an operational engineering role within a similar environment.
  • You have an excellent command of the Swedish language.
  • You are able to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
  • You are available to work flexible shift patterns to cover your team member's absence.
