Process and Software Consultant (M/W/D)*
TGW's Process and Software Consultants team is looking for a Process and Software Consultant who will be part of the TGW Northern Europe Sales and Systems Design department and provide order-winning solutions based on TGW solutions/systems/modules that have been competitively & accurately priced with competitive project time schedules to the satisfaction of the client and TGW.
They are responsible for specifying the processes and functions of the solution in line with the standard controls and logic of the TGW WERX Software Products, to seamlessly support the customer’s business processes. This includes the costs and security-related policies associated with the solution’s implementation.

- You collect, understand, and challenge relevant customer processes and requirements and manage customer relationships
- You create the "gap analysis" and execution of the “Transparency Process” whereby functionality required for the solution is analysed with the central and customer unit architects to determine whether a gap is closed in the “product” (WERX) or delivered as a project-specific modification (feasibility and risk check)
- You ensure preliminary decisions for own or third-party software products
- You create IT cost calculations (for own products) and proposal documents and/or presentations (relevant to IT)
- You define the scope of supply and responsibility of the offered TGW IT solution
- You build ownership of any IT Security Related Questionnaires from the customer and formal response to such documentation, by engaging with central and customer unit IT Security specialists
- You define the integration of external WMS partners
- You ensure the handover of order to the realisation department. Transfer of project requirements to the IT development team
- You collect project requirements regarding logistics processes and communication with the software development team
- You create IT proposal templates and product descriptions and design IT calculation methods and tools
Was uns überzeugt:
- You have good market knowledge of warehouse management software including MFC, WCS, WES, and WMS
- You have excellent logistics, material flow, and data flow knowledge with relevant consultancy experience
- You know automation, storage, and material-handling technologies
- You have previous experience in process design and functional descriptions and marketing know-how for software products
- You have an excellent command of the English and Swedish language
- Preferably you have also a good understanding of software deployed into manual warehousing solutions and good software knowledge including experience using high-level programming languages
