International Payroll Specialist
TGW Logistics Group is a leading systems provider of highly automated, flexible solutions supporting distribution and fulfilment for leading retailers and global brands in e-commerce, apparel, general merchandise, and grocery. We are now recruiting for an International Payroll Specialist to join our growing team in the Southern Europe Hub.
The International Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing the complete payroll cycle and its related components. This role also involves knowledge and development of flexible retribution tasks, personnel administration and international mobility.

Payroll and Administration:
- Process payroll on a monthly basis, liaising with the external payroll providers
- Manage starters and leavers processing: establish and administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, final payslips and exit documents.
- Coordinate Benefits annual enrolment and social benefits
- Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as payroll, benefits, IRPF.
- Make recommendations resulting in continuous improvements of the department efficiency and fulfilled services.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of HR.
International Mobility:
- Provide support for fiscal topics
- Be aware of travel and fiscal regulations in countries where TGW Ibérica has activities.
- Provide support for A1 and declarations to host countries
- Make recommendations resulting in continuous improvements in the department's efficiency and fulfilled services.
Was uns überzeugt:
- Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in payroll in an international environment (7P, shadow payroll)
- Working knowledge of employment relations, labour laws
- Knowledge in fiscal laws (Spanish and other European countries) is a big plus
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills
- Time management skills and flexibility
- Proficiency in Spanish and English
- Ability to establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with the business.
