Application Process

You can use our online portal to submit an application for the desired position directly. You can even apply on your own initiative if there are currently no job openings that suit you. You will receive confirmation as soon as your application arrives.

Congratulations! We were impressed by your complete application materials and would like to invite you to take part in an initial interview. In the interview, we want to get to know you personally and to speak openly about mutual expectations. You will have the opportunity to learn more about the position and about TGW and to demonstrate even more about your qualification and dedication to us. We will discuss specific ideas and goals for your professional future as well as potential prospects with us.

If the initial interview gives us an even more positive impression of you, we will invite you to take some time for an online questionnaire. Here, we will get to know you and your strengths even better and will find out whether we are compatible with each other in the long term.

We will discuss the results of the profile analysis in detail here. You will also get a chance to tour the company's facility and to get to know the team and the workplace.

Following the second interview, we will make a decision as soon as possible regarding whether we would like to bring you on board. You will receive support from the HR department as well as from the responsible area of the company during the entire application process.

Any one of our contacts, or the contact person listed in the advertisement, is ready to assist you with any questions you may have on the application process at any time.

Our tip: The applicants who forward documents to us which are complete (cover letter, resume/curriculum vitae, references) and the ones who are well prepared for the interviews will make an especially good impression.
