As a sales manager, you will supervise important customer projects from the early stages, building trust and reliability—essential cornerstones in strengthening customer relationships. As a project manager, you will work on the complete end-to-end implementation of our customer projects. To ensure the satisfaction of our customers over the long term, it is important to communicate effectively as a team in order to coordinate and see projects through successfully.
In the Software Department, the perfect interaction between software and mechanics is your top priority. You will work as part of a team to build reliable and efficient solutions for our customers while also facilitating ongoing maintenance and repair.
As a member of one of our design and engineering teams, you will engage in interdepartmental collaboration to create tailored warehouse automation solutions for our customers. Working together, the team's objective is always to develop the best, most strategic, and efficient result for our clients.
Within the Lifetime Services department, the solution-oriented support of our customers is your top priority. You will facilitate customer service requests and maintenance remotely or via on-call services.
With TGW Logistics’ On-Site Services, our technologies and systems are overseen by our employees directly at the customer's location. The team performs maintenance work, inspections, repairs, and revitalization processes to ensure optimal availability over the entire warehouse automation life cycle.
As a member of the Installation and Commissioning team, you will work with the technical implementation of our solutions and will make yourself available to the customer for technical questions. In addition, you will coordinate and supervise collaboration with on-site external partners.
As an Internal Services / Administration employee, your role will encompass commercial, administrative, process-oriented, and technical areas of responsibility. These activities form the essential internal framework of our daily work environment and include IT, Purchasing, Accounting, Controlling, Facility Maintenance, Marketing, and Human Resources.
In order to develop optimal warehouse logistics systems, our employees in Production / Manufacturing build standardized products and specific, bespoke solutions to our customers’ specifications. They also support our production locations with technical preparatory work and manufacturing processes.
