Awareness: In the early phase of the assessment, we work closely with our customers to understand their supply chain strategy and major challenges so we can evaluate how warehouse automation will enhance their operation.
Consideration: We compare and evaluate different solutions, considering the impact of automation from a CAPEX perspective and overall benefits.
