- Technology: LivePick is a goods-to-person (GTP) system that integrates highly dense storage aisles, intelligent autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), and advanced software to bring items directly to pickers in real time.
- Process: In the LivePick system, autonomous warehouse robots transport items from storage locations to the workers' pick stations. The system uses smart algorithms to dynamically assign tasks to robots based on current demand and available inventory, ensuring optimized routes and reducing picking time.
- System Design: The use of mobile robotics allows LivePick to easily adapt to different warehouse floor layouts. LivePick offers a space-efficient design that requires a smaller footprint than other systems. Shorter implementation times and a more “out of the box” system design make it easily scalable.
