Visa & Registration Specialist (M/F/D)*
In the role of Visa & Registration Specialist, you will ensure that residence and work permits for onsite assignments are processed and applied for correctly. You will also be responsible for organising the necessary visas and handling official procedures for incomings. In doing so, you will make a significant contribution to the safety of employees working in an international environment.

What you'll be handling:
- Realisation of operational activities in connection with the sending of employees abroad and to Austria
- Advice and support with all cross-border labour agreements
- Co-operation with external global service providers
- Processing labour and social security law issues
- Support in applying for residence permits in Austria
- Responsible for, defining and implementing processes
- Support for expat assignments worldwide
What you'll need:
- Commercial training, high school diploma and/or several years of relevant professional experience
- Experienced in office organization and administration
- Excellent MS Office skills
- DPW Web user knowledge
- Very good written and spoken English
- Open-mindedness to multicultural diversity
- Integrity and discretion

In this position, you can expect the following benefits, among others.
We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 40.462 Euro
