Senior Project Manager

What you'll be handling:
- Developing and managing program plans, including setting goals, milestones and timelines
- Ensuring that the necessary resources (personnel, budget, technology) are available for the implementation of the programs
- Identifying and assessing potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, reporting regularly on the progress and results of the programs
- Ensure programs meet established quality standards and continuously improve processes
- Manage and monitor program and project budgets to ensure financial targets are met
- Leading and motivating project teams to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget
- Working as part of a global team
- For strategically important programs & projects you will take over the program & project management yourself
- You have end-to-end responsibility from project planning, implementation and prioritization to go-live and handover to regular operations
- Stakeholder and change management
What you'll need:
- Completed studies (economics or comparable degree programs)
- Experience in managing projects and programs
- Knowledge of the digitalization of processes and business models
- Knowledge of project management methods and tools (e.g. PRINCE2, IPMA)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strategic thinking and development of long-term goals and plans
- Very good German and English language skills

In this position, you can expect the following benefits, among others.
We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 61.701 Euro
