Product Manager (M/F/D)*
As a product manager of one of our portfolio elements, you will ensure an economically and technically coherent product portfolio by consistently focusing on the needs of customers and the strategic goals of TGW Logistics. You will be the central link between the market and product development. With a broad technical and economic knowledge, as well as a feel for the requirements of our customers, you are the right person to strengthen our successful team.

What you'll be handling:
- Management of the product portfolio across the entire product line lifecycle
- Strategic alignment of the product family and product groups through cyclical creation of roadmaps and development plans derived from them, including the associated business cases
- Competition, market and cost analyses
- Definition and steering of product development requirements
- Collaboration with internal departments and end customers worldwide (regular competitive updates with sales, participation in development projects such as preparing and executing the product launch, ...)
- Product presentations and training (internal and external)
What you'll need:
- Degree in industrial engineering, innovation and product management, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology or a comparable course of study
- First professional experience in product management
- Holistic and entrepreneurial mindset
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- High communication and teamwork skills, initiative and commitment
- Willingness to travel internationally approx. 20%

In this position, you can expect the following benefits, among others.
We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 53.463,- Euro
