Would you like to actively contribute to improving plant availability and performance? As an Onsite Engineer IT Material Flow, you are the central contact person on site. You will continuously monitor our systems, identify optimization potentials

What you'll be handling:
Specialist and contact person for all material flow-related questions in the event of system malfunctions
Carrying out regular system work related to software as well as maintenance work on the IT infrastructure
Close cooperation with the warehouse control center, IT and control support, 2nd level support, development department and the customer
Analysis of the customer's system for corrective actions and adjustments as well as preparation of error analyses
Language skills (level C1): French & German or French & English
What you'll need:
Completed computer science training or comparable professional experience
Experience in programming, preferably with SQL, PL/SQL, as well as in C# and .NET Sound
IT knowledge of current technologies (Windows, networks, remote access tools)
Communication and teamwork skills as well as independent and structured way of working
Willingness to work shifts and customer-oriented way of working
