What you'll be handling:

• You define the scope of works for Lifetime Services sales proposals & quotations
• You support LTS sales teams to present offerings for small works, site audits, system health checks & obsolescence management, throughout the existing TGW install base
• You engage with customers to understand their technical needs and provide tailored support solutions
• You agree on timescales, costs and resources needed 
• You cooperate closely with colleagues and counterparts in UK and Scandinavia
• You manage and track your opportunities within TGW’s CRM tool
• You will be collaborative, supportive and integrative working with the LTS Key Account Managers, Central Services Department and Site Engineering Managers
• You establish project objectives, deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
• You assign roles and responsibilities to team members, ensuring the right mix of skills and experience, and ensure all project deliverables are completed, approved, and handed over
• You generate reports to update stakeholders on project progress, risks and cost tracking and resolve or escalate issues in a timely fashion
• You act entrepreneurial to add value or increase sales, while maintaining integrity and achieving high standards of customer satisfaction and company image

What you'll need:

• You have technical knowledge of automation systems from an electromechanical background
• You have several years of experience in a similar role within automation industry
• You have technical sales or account management experience
• You have project management experience with an excellent attention to detail
• You have experience with Microsoft Projects 
• You are experienced in managing multiple project bids simultaneously
• You have strong written and verbal communication in Dutch and English, including excellent presentation skills
• You are familiar with internal & external stakeholder management
