What you'll be handling:
- Technical and disciplinary management of a team of 6 people
- Review of contracts (supplier offers, framework agreements, service offers) as well as calculation of service concepts
- Responsibility for the timely delivery of service concepts in the sales phase, in close cooperation with the sales team and our existing customers
- Continuous updating and improvement of calculation tools and contract templates
- Further development of the organization and expansion of the Sales Lifetime Service
- Close cooperation with the "Sales Direct" and "Supply Chain Management" teams
What you'll need:
- Completed training in the field of business, engineering or comparable as well as several years of professional experience in the sales environment
- Strong understanding of business, commercial and contract law as well as knowledge of costing
- Enjoyment of working with people and experience in employee management
- High degree of customer orientation, crisis management and entrepreneurial thinking
- Fluent in German and English, other language(s) an advantage
- Willingness to travel (approx. 30%)

In this position, you can expect the following benefits, among others.
We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 65.433,00
