What you’ll be handling
 

• Technical Lead for a team of electrical engineers on large projects.
• Provide technical support to sales, applications engineering, project engineering, etc.  
• Support internal training of related engineering tools and processes.
• Create and maintain controls engineering documentation – including sensor/actuator layouts and associated engineering and electrical installation reports, controls component order lists, electrical drawings and associated reports – on new projects and/or retrofit/upgrade projects, either independently, or as part of a team.
• Create and maintain documentation for integrated safety and network engineering.
• Specification, clarification and documentation of controls interfaces to equipment supplied by third-parties.
   

What you’ll need
 

• Bachelor’s degree in a controls related field (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science) preferred, or associates degree and equivalent experience.
• Several years’ applicable experience in an industrial environment that includes design, debug, startup and production-cut in of warehouse controls equipment.
• Demonstrated experience working on full design to production project lifecycles.
• Demonstrated experience supervising staff.
• Willingness to travel up  ~20-30% of the time domestically and internationally.
