What is a "Unique unit identifier code" (UUIC)?

UUIC stands for "Unique Unit Identifier Code". As the name suggests, each technical product that we install in your system is assigned a unique code. This code is the link between your real-world system and the digital TGW world. Just a quick scan and the code of the product in front of you takes you to the right place in your TGW app. This significantly simplifies parts identification, among other things. 

Cmms

The TGW Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is the software solution for your automated intralogistics system. Along with providing a clear and structured representation of your system, the CMMS enables an innovative digitalisation of all maintenance processes, focusing particularly on intralogistics processes, products and the corresponding solutions. The UUIC makes it possible for you to directly retrieve information about the product you scanned (e.g. its repair order history) and to proactively allocate orders.

The TGW Service Portal provides you with a central entry point to access a great number of helpful services. Thanks to its modular structure, the TGW Service Portal is individually tailored to the relevant requirements.
