Team Lead SAP EWM Customer Care (男性/女性/多样化)*
As Team Leader for SAP EWM Customer Care, you are responsible for building and motivating the support team. You will ensure that standards and processes are adhered to in order to guarantee first-class support services.

- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to the support team and train new employees and support their professional development
- Co-develop specific SAP EWM metrics to enable a smooth handover to support
- Work closely with our Customer Remote Service and find solutions to complex issues
- Report on support activities and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Plan and control support spend
- Plan the support calendar based on service contract requirements and contribute to the support team
要求
- Completed training in IT
- Several years of professional experience in the support area
- Very good knowledge of SAP EWM and SAP Basis
- Experience in logistics and/or automation technology and knowledge of processes in Life Time Service
- Business fluent in German and English
- Customer-oriented and self-confident manner
