Campfire Talk Fall 2024 Recap

Thought-provoking conversations and immersive exposure to warehouse automation: this is the goal of our Campfire Talk events in the U.S. At these events, we bring together like-minded supply chain peers to explore a customer site, share experiences, and discuss pressing topics. Read on for a recap of our fall 2024 Campfire Talk.

Why the name Campfire Talk?

A great analogy for the feeling we want to capture at these one-day events is that of a campfire. Campfires are warm and inviting. They’re where you feel open to share tales of personal adventure and where you build a sense of camaraderie with those around you. This is what we capture with our Campfire Talk events. We facilitate meaningful discussions in a low-pressure setting among fellow supply chain pioneers, creating a sense of community with anyone who attends.

Fall 2024 Highlights

This Campfire Talk was graciously hosted by Gap, Inc. at their Gallatin, TN warehouse. In the morning, we learned about Gap’s automation journey and then walked their facility to witness firsthand how both TGW Logistics’ and other’s innovative solutions are working together to transform Gap’s operations. A big thanks to Gap for giving us an amazing peek behind the curtains to see how they are able to achieve high efficiency and productivity at an incredible cost per pick.

In the afternoon, we held interactive discussions on key considerations for warehouse automation, options for funding supply chain projects, supply chain trends, and digital twins. These sessions provided valuable insights for all into the current state of the supply chain industry and where it’s heading.

Afterwards, we took everyone out for dinner in downtown Nashville. As the sun set, we were treated to the stunning backdrop of a bustling Broadway Street.

But don’t take our word for it
