If we want to learn more about you, we will invite you to an initial interview. This interview will allow us to get to know each other and talk openly about what we can expect from one another. You will also have the opportunity to learn more about the position and TGW Logistics and share more about your qualifications and experience.

After our initial conversation, if we both feel it was a positive experience, we will ask you to complete an online questionnaire. This questionnaire will allow us to learn more about your strengths and motivations.

During the second interview, we will discuss the results from your online questionnaire and give you a tour of our facility so you can meet the team and get a feel for the workplace.

After your second interview, it’s time to decide if you’re the right fit for TGW Logistics and if we’re the right fit for you. We will try our best to inform you of our decision quickly. Please understand that it may take some time in certain cases. You will receive support from HR and the position’s respective department throughout the application process.

On your first day of work, an exciting program awaits you. Our HR teams and colleagues will welcome you to our diverse locations. At our headquarters in Marchtrenk, Austria, large welcome events are held regularly and are accompanied by our management board.

We want our new employees to have a comfortable and smooth start at TGW Logistics. Our engaged team ensures that new employees have a successful start within their respective departments. We will provide all relevant information and a tour of our location.

Additionally, we will offer an in-depth look into intralogistics and a sneak peek into the interactive TGW Logistics Showroom HELIX, where visitors can experience our solutions and systems firsthand.
