What you’ll be handling

• Oversee the daily implementation of resources to ensure project scope is delivered as specified.
• Manage commercial and technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure project objectives are met on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Define and uphold quality expectations and targets.
• Act as the primary contact for quality assurance, maintaining project registers and master files.
• Lead the project team and oversee the execution of the project management process.

What you’ll need

•  Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Extensive experience leading and managing large project teams.
• Proven track record in a leadership role on high-complexity, high-value projects.
• Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to manage effectively at all organizational levels.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally, including the UK and Europe, ideally up 50% with a 4-month training abroad.
