Project Manager (M/F/D)*
The Project Manager will provide professional project management services to support the development, award, and delivery of automated solutions for both existing and new customers. Acting as the primary liaison between TGWNE, clients, and third parties, this role holds direct responsibility, authority, and accountability for ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with client and TGW specifications and processes.
This position will lead project teams and drive business objectives by ensuring that contracts are executed on time, within budget, and to agreed specifications. The Project Manager will be instrumental in maintaining TGW Ltd.’s commitment to meeting customer requirements and contractual obligations. Additionally, this role will promote a greater understanding and awareness of the benefits of structured project management techniques across the business.
What you’ll be handling
- Oversee the day-to-day implementation of TGW resources to ensure project scope is delivered as specified.
- Manage commercial and technical risks associated with the project.
- Ensure project objectives are met efficiently in terms of cost, schedule, and compliance with TGW’s project, quality, and safety procedures.
- Define quality expectations and targets while serving as the primary contact for TGW quality assurance matters related to the project.
- Maintain project registers and master files to ensure accurate documentation.
- Lead the project team and own the delivery of the project management process.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related field
- Extensive experience leading and managing large project teams
- Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to effectively manage relationships at all organizational levels
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Formal project management qualifications and experience with methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMI, or other structured project management frameworks
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required, approximately 25%, including a 4-month training Abroad
