Funzioni:

• Team Leadership and Resource Management: Coordinate daily team activities, allocate workloads effectively, and address resource requirements with the Head of Project Engineering.
• Project Delivery Oversight: Develop and monitor engineering delivery plans to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to stage-gate processes, EN/local standards, health and safety procedures, and value-engineering principles.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor team members while implementing development plans to enhance individual and team performance.
• Collaboration and Communication: Foster cross-departmental collaboration, organise solution forums, and liaise with clients and the Head of Project Engineering on progress and issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive lessons-learned initiatives, promote innovation, and encourage a positive team culture that aligns with company values.

Requisiti:

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and support a team
• Strong understanding of Project Engineering processes within TGW
• Good knowledge of automated equipment and material handling solutions
• Experienced CAD user
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in an environment where task deadlines or requirements can change
• Ability to travel to client sites and TGWNE hubs
