Als Lean Partner:in bist du dafür verantwortlich, die Lean-Kultur in einem der Bereiche der TGW Logistics gemäß unserer Srategie 2030 voranzutreiben. Du arbeitest eng mit den zuständigen Manager:innen zusammen, um Verbesserungsprojekte zu fördern und zu erleichtern, die sich auf Kosteneinsparungen, Durchlaufzeitverkürzungen und Zuverlässigkeitssteigerungen konzentrieren.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört es, Verbesserungspotenziale zu identifizieren, deren Auswirkungen zu bewerten, Ideen zu priorisieren und die notwendigen Ressourcen zu definieren und zu monitoren.

Funzioni:

  • Erkennung von Möglichkeiten zur Prozessverbesserung, wie z.B. Ineffizienzen und Engpässe
  • Definition und Allokation von Ressourcen wie z.B. Lean-Expert:innen
  • Projektleitung und Nachverfolgung von Verbesserungsprojekten
  • Unterstützung, Coaching und Mentoring von Verbesserungsideen und -projekten innerhalb der Organisation
  • Durchführung umfassender und/oder funktionsübergreifender Verbesserungsprojekte
  • Definition und Überwachung von Performance-KPIs der Organisation, um Verbesserungen zu analysieren und die Auswirkungen der Lean-Implementierung aufzuzeigen

Requisiti:

  • Abgeschlossene höhere technische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Lean Management mit praktischer Erfahrung sowohl im Produktions- als auch im Verwaltungsumfeld (idealerweise in projektbasierten Branchen)
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse in gängigen Lean-Methoden sowie im Programm- und Projektmanagement
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Lean Enterprise (ganzheitlicher End-to-End-Verbesserungsansatz)
  • Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten und eine „It's possible“-Einstellung
  • Erfolgreich im Coaching und Mentoring von Lean-Prozessen sowie idealerweise Zertifizierung als Black Belt
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 52.198
