Funzioni:

• Responsible for the strategic and operational HR support of defined specialist areas

• Advising and supporting managers on all HR-related issues and labor law matters

• Supervision/support and first point of contact for employees in various matters (incl. conflict management)

• Supporting departments in the implementation of HR planning and recruiting employees at all levels, including appropriate HR marketing

• Holistic HR support along the employee life cycle and corresponding administrative implementation

• Trusting cooperation with the necessary interfaces (works council, marketing, global HR team)

• Support in the strategic design, further development and implementation of current and future processes in HR work and the associated organization

• Support and management of a wide range of HR projects

Requisiti:

• Successfully completed studies with a focus on HR management and/or comparable training with corresponding additional qualifications or professional experience

• Sound professional experience in HR, preferably within a medium-sized manufacturing company, as well as experience in working with the works council and implementing the Works Constitution Act (BetrVG)

• Advanced knowledge of employment law and use of common HR tools and systems

• AdA certificate an advantage

• Strong communication skills and a high degree of empathy
