Controls Commissioning Team Lead

• Collaborating with other departments internal and external to TGW.
• Identifying, estimating and mitigating risk for special implementations (i.e., prototypes).
• Providing next-level escalation level for employees on the team.
• Collaborating with and providing feedback to other departments in the implementation process (controls development, product management, etc.).
• Performing Quality Assurance, Progress Control, In-house and Onsite Support.
• Hiring and developing employees.

• Bachelor's degree in a controls-related field (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent).
• Several years‘ work experience commissioning controls systems for complex material handling solutions.
• Previous experience managing others preferred.
• Experience working on a complete project lifecycle preferred.
• Experience Siemens TIA Portal, Step 7 (STL,SCL,FBD etc) or equivalent knowledge.
• Basic understanding for Industrial Communication Protocol (ProfiNet, Ethernet IP, etc).
• Ability to read and understand CAD and electrical drawings.
