What we stand for
In 2004, Ludwig Szinicz converted his company into a foundation-owned company and combined this action with a straightforward assignment. "TGW is not a purely economic partnership of convenience. It is a community of shared values driven by a purpose and follows the mission of its foundation. This community enables personal and technical growth and entrepreneurial success." Szinicz, who died in 2017, was concerned with combining the "heart and mind” of TGW Logistics through coupling economic success with appreciative cooperation.
Focusing on People – Learning and Growing
The TGW Future Private Foundation is the owner of TGW Logistics. Szinicz bequeathed all shares in TGW to the foundation, thus securing the future of the warehouse automation specialist for the long term – entirely in line with the slogan "Focusing on People – Learning and Growing." TGW Logistics cannot be sold, making it a stable partner and reliable employer. Most profits stay in the company and are reinvested in our employees and the technologies of tomorrow. In addition, ten percent of profits go to charitable Future Wings projects.
As the owner, the TGW Future Private Foundation actively ensures the long-term continuation and development of TGW Logistics. It prioritizes exemplary corporate social responsibility while fostering learning and personal growth for our employees.
