Sr. Applications Engineers are responsible for the technical application of TGW equipment and third party equipment during the quotation phase of a project. The Sr. AE is also responsible to guide the technical solution of a quotation while considering; project schedule, budget, the technical feasibility, design optimization and customer specific needs. A large role that Sr. AE’s perform is the coaching and mentoring less experienced AE’s in systems design, equipment specification, proper procedures and documentation within the AE role. Sr. AE’s are utalized to help improve current procedures and increase the efficiency of our quotation process.
Controls Commissioning Engineer II is a mid-level position in the TGW Controls Commissioning Group that works closely with other controls team members to identify and deploy improvements for all aspects of controls software development and commissioning.

The Controls Consultant is responsible for the management, creation and delivery of the controls solution and pricing during the bidding process for Direct Sales and Retrofit projects. Supporting the Sales and design teams they will ensure the controls solutions are in line with the Commander standards wherever possible and any deviations from this are highlighted and reviewed for suitability. They are to ensure that all US, National, TGW and Customer standards are adhered to as part of the design and costing of the solution. This role supports the local sales team from initial customer contact through project implementation. Responsibilities include determining requirements, selecting, and applying products, and preparing technical content for Sales proposals. Responsibilities include drawing system adaptations and extensions layouts in both 3D and 2D CAD. Project applications vary amongst modernization, facility expansions and machinery retrofits, with a focus on existing TGW implementations.
This position is responsible for the on-site system integration testing. The position will assist the on-site commissioning team with testing across functional areas and User Acceptance Testing with the customer. The primary tasks in this position will be designing, planning, and executing test plans that prove out system and customer acceptance criteria. The Systems Integration Manager is involved in a project from the back end of the pre-sales process throughout the realization process until final acceptance of the solution to the client. They design and drive to completion all aspects of a solution related to functionality or performance. This includes providing feedback to the TGW Solutions Design team based on gaps between design assumptions and reality and defining success for the Mechanical, Controls, SW suppliers (internal/external), then checking, and ensuring that those suppliers have delivered.

Mit einem breiten Sortiment von mehr als 700.000 Artikeln gilt Conrad Electronic als Paradies für Fans von Technik- und Elektronikgeräten. Nachdem der Multichannel-Händler jahrelang gewachsen ist, kam das Distributionszentrum im bayerischen Wernberg jedoch an seine Leistungs- und Kapazitätsgrenzen. Daher entschied sich Conrad für die Erweiterung des Zentrallagers. Herzstück der neuen Anlage ist ein gewaltiger, hochdynamischer Shuttle-Block mit Ware-zum-Mann-Kommissionierung.
Die Heinrichsthaler Milchwerke haben neben der Produktion auch ihre Palettierung automatisiert, um die Qualität der Lieferkette zu verbessern und schnellere Auslieferung zu garantieren. Dafür entstand eine automatisierte Palettierung, die direkt an die Produktion angebunden ist. Durch die Zentralpalettierung konnte Heinrichsthaler seine Ausbringung auf 100 Paletten pro Stunde verdoppeln. Die Lösung überzeugt aufgrund der hohen Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit.
Der deutsche Geflügel-Verarbeiter Wiesenhof errichtete seinen Schlachtbetrieb inklusive Logistikzentrum neu. In zwei unterschiedlichen Temperaturzonen für Kühl- und Tiefkühlware sorgt die Lösung für höchste Verfügbarkeit und flexibel ausgerichtete Materialflüsse für Kartons und Euronorm-Fleischkisten. Zum Einsatz kommt innovative Automatisierungstechnik in teilredundanter Ausführung. Die Produkte selbst stammen entweder aus der eigenen Produktion oder werden extern angeliefert, um im Distributionszentrum konsolidiert sowie für den gemeinsamen Versand vorbereitet zu werden.
