Efficient Warehouse Management with WERX

What Our Software Is Made Of

Core Products

WERX Warehouse Management

WERX Warehouse Management (WMS) is a powerful software solution designed to manage and optimize daily warehouse operations. It operates within Warehouse Orchestration, a key component of the WERX Operational Software suite.

How It Works

  • Receiving: WERX Warehouse Management actively manages the receipt of goods arriving at the warehouse, ensuring accurate logging into the system.
  • Storage: The system oversees the storage of received goods, optimizing space and facilitating easy retrieval.
  • Inventory Management: WERX software provides real-time visibility into inventory levels, locations, and movements.
  • Order Fulfillment: WERX Warehouse Management guides the picking and packing processes when an order is placed, seamlessly connecting to internal and external systems for accurate process mapping.

The software integrates with the customer’s system to exchange information about master data and incoming and outgoing orders. It also integrates with WERX Material Flow (MFC), which manages and controls the flow of load carriers and materials in automated warehouses.

WERX Warehouse Management increases efficiency, reduces errors, and improves inventory accuracy, making warehouse operations smoother and more efficient.

WERX Material Flow

Our Material Flow Controller (MFC) is a logistics software designed to manage and control the flow of load carriers and materials in automated warehouses. WERX MFC operates within Warehouse Orchestration, a component of WERX Operational Software.

How It Works

  • WERX WM assigns transport tasks for load carriers to WERX MFC, specifying the destination. WERX MFC manages and executes these tasks efficiently.
  • WERX MFC connects with different machines and components, even from other manufacturers. This includes conveyors, shuttles, storage and retrieval machines, automated printing stations, RFID tunnels, automated measurement and weight detection stations, and robots. WERX WM receives component data and adjusts the destination of a load carrier based on the information received.

WERX Mobile Robotics

This fleet manager software oversees and coordinates the operations of multiple automated guided vehicles (AGVs) or autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) within a warehouse.

The WERX software is the central brain of the robotic fleet, efficiently assigning tasks, optimizing routes, managing traffic, and ensuring seamless integration with other warehouse management systems to maximize productivity and minimize conflicts or bottlenecks. WERX Mobile Robotics operates with various vehicle manufacturers, supporting AGVs and AMRs . Its advanced analytics capability offers multiple options for maintaining vehicle health and operational efficiency.

This intuitive and modern software has a web-based UI integrated into the WERX Portal and is a component of Warehouse Execution, a part of WERX Operational Software.

WERX SAV

WERX SAV is an application for acquiring, controlling, and visualizing real-time, on-site data of mechatronic equipment. It provides an intuitive, flexible, and configurable solution, enabling improved monitoring and control of complex systems for more efficient warehouse management software.

WERX SAV allows you to visualize the mechatronic "health status" across the whole system of TGW Logistics components, enabling users to manage and evaluate alarm events within the application and offering an optimized, user-friendly mechatronic visualization system.

WERX SAV is a component of Automation Management, a part of WERX Operational Software.

WERX Portal

WERX Portal is a window into all TGW Logistics WERX software applications - installed on-site or in cloud applications - and gives you access to UI/UX design, tools, technologies, and security.

Unlike large monolithic applications, WERX Portal applies the design philosophy of mobile technologies to the warehouse. Customers can customize their view, reducing visual complexity and simplifying the onboarding of new hires. Each user can customize how their apps are sorted, allowing for unparalleled customization. This design builds on the TGW Logistics Component Strategy, giving customers enhanced functionality without the expense of extensive upgrades.

The WERX Portal provides a modern, app-based design, web-based technologies, and a simplified, intuitive user experience.

AllPacka

AllPacka is a warehouse management software system that calculates packing plans. It creates packing plans for packing machines, robots, and manual packing processes, including:

  • Packing articles in a carton or tote (at the picking or packing station).
  • Packing in wire boxes or on dollies.
  • Packing dollies onto pallets or roll containers.

AllPacka consists of three parts:

  • AllPacka calculates and sequences packing plans.
  • AllPacka stores calculations and sequencings of packing plans for analysis.
  • AllPacka GUI (graphical user interface) visualizes and analyzes calculations and sequences of packing plans.

If you’re wondering how to arrange goods - on pallets, rolls, cages, or containers - while considering customer requirements (e.g., fewer pallets / roll cages / containers / consideration of shop opening rules, etc.), AllPacka is right for you.
