Systems Integration Manager (男性/女性/多样化)*
We are seeking a Systems Integration Manager to oversee the successful design and implementation of integrated solutions from initial sales design through project delivery. This role is responsible for ensuring all functional and performance-related aspects of a solution meet quality standards and adhere to established processes, including those involving third-party products.

What you’ll be handling
- Oversee the daily implementation of resources to ensure project scope is delivered as specified.
- Manage commercial and technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure project objectives are met on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Define and uphold quality expectations and targets.
- Act as the primary contact for quality assurance, maintaining project registers and master files.
- Lead the project team and oversee the execution of the project management process.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Extensive experience leading and managing large project teams.
- Proven track record in a leadership role on high-complexity, high-value projects.
- Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to manage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally, including the UK and Europe, ideally up 50% with a 4-month training abroad.
