Sales Project Manager - South Europe (男性/女性/多样化)*
We are recruiting a Sales Project Manager to join our growing team in TGW Ibérica
The Sales Project Manager (SPM) advises TGW customers in finding the perfect intralogistics solution, developing tailor-made material handling concepts.
The SPM works on customer projects and is responsible from lead acquisition until the handover of sold projects to the realization department.
工作职责
- Create and implement a project sales strategy
- Establish binding relationships with decision makers on all levels
- Develop concepts, calculations and proposals for TGW customers in collaboration with the Systems Designers and other in-house expert departments
- Deal with commercial, legal, and technical contract negotiations
- Carry out customer and competitor analyses at regular intervals
- Assure data quality in CRM System & simple Back-Office tasks
- Lead and motivate cross-funcional teams in the Sales Process
要求
- Completed higher technical education in the field of Science o Technical Engineering
- At least 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the material handling business and intralogistics solutions.
- Proactive person
- Attitude to do market and customer research
- Highly tactical person with a profound knowledge of strategic and structured sales of integrated systems
- Highly developed industry knowledge in combination with process and intralogistics solution understanding
- Management orientation as well as leadership skills
- Excellent social and communication skills and intercultural understanding
- Languages: proficiency in Spanish & English. German would be a plus
