What you'll be handling:

Planning the deployment of colleagues in the PLC / Controls department

Clarification of the project status with the internal project managers

Training organization and management of the training rooms

Management of the tool inventory
-
Responsible for the weekly standup and reporting

Responsible for cost control (e.g.: analysis and specification of the hourly budget)

Support with the onboarding of new colleagues
What you'll need:

Successfully completed craft or technical training and/or further training
-
Basic technical understanding and strong organizational skills

Sound knowledge of PLCs to be able to assess issues and derive measures

Independent and structured way of working

Communication skills, empathy and the ability to work in a team

Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

Very good knowledge of German and English
