Maintenance Coordinator - Utrecht

Are you our new multi skilled Maintenance Coordinator who will ensure a smooth-running technical department? How does 840 shuttles, 17 km of conveyors and a team over 60 people sound to you? Let’s meet up for some coffee! Groceries for more than 150,000 families are supplied, picked and delivered weekly from Picnic's distribution centre in Utrecht. The centre is highly automated, divided into 3 temperature zones and 40,000 m2 in size. The automation consists of state-of-the-art material handling equipment. Think advanced conveyor belts, roller conveyors and shuttles. For control, the system uses sensors, scanners and weighing systems. The heart of the design is the shuttle system that can track and load more than 200,000 storage locations in almost 40 aisles.

WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

  • You will be acting as key-user of the CMMS Tool in which you will be planning inspection/preventive tasks;
  • You will co-ordinate the day-to-day support activities, certification of EM/Safety tooling and training activities.;
  • You communicate and align the maintenance planning with Picnic representatives;
  • You are responsible for supplier management and coordination of suppliers when on Site;
  • You will be supporting the creation of maintenance reports and major incident reports;
  • You will estimate required work hours associated with work order tasks and total work duration;
  • You manage inventory controls and organizes spare parts and other inventories in the Maintenance Department.

What you'll need

  • You have at least a MBO 4 level diploma on Mechanical or electrical engineering;
  • You have at least 5 years of experience as a planner/scheduler working within a complex, manufacturing/distribution industries, or related field;
  • You have general knowledge of mechanics, electrical and controls and preferrable previous experience working within Materials Handling Equipment;
  • You are on a administrator or specialist experience level of CMMS solutions.;
  • Your skills on IT level are good with knowledge of MS tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook;
  • You have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English in challenging operational environments.
