We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Intelligence Analyst. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to develop their skills in financial planning, reporting, and analysis. In this role, you will support the team by gathering and analysing internal data to produce insightful reports and presentations covering key areas such as costs, revenue, performance, growth, and other non-financial indicators. You’ll have the chance to contribute to meaningful, data-driven insights and KPIs that drive the business forward.

WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

Locating, processing, and validating data throughout the company. Assist in the Forecasting and Budgeting process. Assist Finance team in month-end closure.

Working with the Finance teams to produce insightful presentations to aid business partners in their decision-making.
Utilising data analytics tools and visualisation platforms.
Ensuring the security and confidentiality of all sensitive data, information, and documents.
Maintain high standards of data modeling and cleansing.
Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and dashboards to monitor KPIs and support decision-making.

What you'll need

Essential

Good MS Excel competency.
Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
The capacity to develop and document procedures and workflows.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable

Navision/SAP/ERP system experience.
Experience with Datarails, Splunk, Power Bi, VBA, Python or SQL.
An understanding of key financial terms and principles.
Knowledge of data analysis tools and familiarity with other relational databases.
Knowledge of data modelling, data cleansing, and data enrichment techniques.
Ability to carry out data quality control, validation and linkage.
An understanding of data protection issues.
Experience of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques.
The ability to produce clear graphical representations and data visualisations
