The System integration manager helps TGW China to execute long-term and short-term plans and directives by guiding customer, implementing judgement, vision, management, and leadership in terms of different systems integration.

  • Guide customer towards TGW’s favourite solutions based on the understanding of customer’s business and operational processes
  • Collaboration with and support of the sales team (e.g. providing technical expertise, supporting the sales calculation, providing project time schedules, cost estimations for IT, …)
  • Integration Mechatronic Engineering in complicated systems
  • Responsible for design and integration of electronic and mechanical components and the interface.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to define requirements, analyse feasibility, and propose solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Conduct system analysis to resolve tradeoffs and drives integration of system engineering tools and processes.
  • Perform complex software process definition, requirements analysis, and high-level design/modeling to convert stakeholder needs into software solutions
  • Design and specify the overall software structure, core elements, and properties
  • Communicate the design of the software architecture to stakeholders
  • Synthesize customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions.  
  • Develop and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for completing systems.
  • Perform technical analysis of complete systems and prepares comprehensive system level evaluations.
  • Direct and work together with IT Software Engineer to develop TGW’s IT strength and unique selling point
  • Direct and facilitates system emulations if necessary
  • Creating the system documentation and handing the system over to the lifetime service department
  • Responsible for driving the respective area of responsibility to achieve and surpass calculated project margins, cash flow
  • Ensure maximum project realization quality and ensure that all projects are finished within the given time frame
  • Ensure full compliance with the corporate rules and regulations  
  • Order responsibility for the implementation, performance and availability
  • Overview of order-related technical documents
