Software Developer - Simulation (M/F/D)*

Are you a software developer who is not only passionate about programming, but also about co-developing large automated systems, and are you looking for a challenging and diversified job?
In this function, you will develop software for the creation of virtual computer models for commissioning and optimising our complex systems. Due to continuous growth, we are expanding our team in Wels by adding new and highly motivated employees who enjoy working on challenging tasks and solving problems with the help of state-of-the-art technology.

What you'll be handling:
Project-based development of our high-performance software systems, algorithms and tools using C#/.NET
Preparing and carrying out simulation experiments
Independent analysis and concept design
Maintenance and updates of existing software components and collaboration on their further development
Participation in the entire project software lifecycle, from requirements engineering to design to rollout
Continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipeline
What you'll need:
Profound education in the field of software development (Higher Technical College/University/FH)
Very good knowledge of object-oriented programming (ideally in C#)
Basic skills in the fields of software architecture and software design
- Knowledge in Python, data analyses or BI tools is an advantage
Independent and solution-oriented way of working
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Fluent in written and spoken English

In this position, you can expect the following benefits, among others.
We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 52.198 Euro
