Als Produkt Manager:in eines unserer Portfolioelemente, sorgst du für ein wirtschaftlich und technisch stimmiges Produktportfolio durch konsequente Orientierung an den Bedürfnissen der Kunden und den strategischen Zielen von TGW Logistics. Du bist dabei das zentrale Bindeglied zwischen Markt und Produktentwicklung. Mit einem breiten technischen und wirtschaftlichen Wissen, sowie einem Gespür für die Anforderungen unserer Kunden bist du der/die Richtige, um unser erfolgreiches Team zu verstärken.

What you'll be handling:

  • Management des Produktportfolios über den gesamten Produktlinienlebenszyklus hinweg
  • Strategische Ausrichtung der Produktfamilie und der Produktgruppen durch zyklische Erstellung von Roadmaps und daraus abgeleitete Entwicklungspläne inklusive der damit verbundenen Business-Cases
  • Wettbewerbs-, Markt- und Kostenanalysen
  • Definition und Steering der Anforderungen an die Produktentwicklung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Abteilungen und Endkunden weltweit (regelmäßige Wettbewerbsupdates mit dem Vertrieb, Mitwirkung bei Entwicklungsprojekten wie Vorbereitung und Durchführung des Product-Launch, …)
  • Produktpräsentationen und -schulungen (intern wie extern)

What you'll need:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Innovations- und Produktmanagement, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder eines vergleichbaren Studienganges
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement
  • Ganzheitliche und unternehmerische Denkweise
  • ​Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Engagement
  • Internationale Reisebereitschaft ca. 20%

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 53.463,- Euro
