Learning and Development Apprentice (M/F/D)*
We are looking for a Learning and Development Apprentice to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised qualification in Business Administration and Learning and development. You’ll support the team with administrative tasks, helping shape our employees' growth and development.

What you'll be handling:
- Planning, organising, and scheduling training activities
- Maintaining training records and documentation
- Preparing monthly reports relating to training
- coordinating onboarding for new starters
- Assist in managing compliance-related training
- Collaborating with external training providers
- Support with continuous improvement within L&D
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes.
What you'll need:
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- 4 GCSEs at grade 4 (C) or above
- Word/Excel experience
What you'll receive:
You will receive a comprehensive and structured programme designed to support your professional growth. A qualification in Business administration and further qualifications within Learning and Development.
