Key Account Manager - Distributor Business Unit (M/F/D)*
As a Key Account Manager at TGW, you will be the central interface to our international customers. Whether Angola, Melbourne, Atlanta or Immenstadt – TGW implements exciting projects worldwide in industries such as automotive, tools, fashion or food. Do you have technical understanding, organizational skills and strong communication skills? Then we look forward to getting to know you!
What you'll be handling:
- Management of demanding sales projects – from the first customer enquiry to the handover to the implementation department
- Intensive support and technical advice for our customers
- Expansion of "New Business Accounts" into "Key Accounts" and establishment of TGW as "Partner of Choice"
- Coordination of project teams, especially internal interfaces, as well as conducting contract negotiations with international customers
What you'll need:
- Enthusiasm for convincing our customers with innovative solutions
- Ability to get to the heart of complex issues without losing sight of the big picture
- Creative, solution-oriented thinking ("out-of-the-box") and the willingness to continuously educate yourself
- Enjoyment of working in global, interdisciplinary teams and a real team player mindset
- Completed technical or commercial training (HTL, FH, UNI)
- Fluent in English and approx. 20% willingness to travel; other language skills are a plus
