IT Coordinator
In the Dorsten area, TGW is implementing a highly automated fulfillment center for the well-known customer Levi Strauss & Co. The heart of the logistics center is our self-developed warehouse management software. To support our complex software product, we are looking for IT enthusiasts to join our on-site team in Dorsten as IT Coordinator (m/f/d). In this responsible position, you will accompany the functional tests, commissioning and ramp-up of our warehouse management software. You will support our on-site team with continuous system monitoring, rectify faults on your own responsibility and be the first point of contact for all issues relating to our warehouse management software.

What you'll be handling:

You will be based at the Levi Strauss & Co. logistics center in Dorsten, where you will experience how the logistics system comes to life.

You'll actively support functional tests, commissioning and ramp-up of our software system.

Also you'll support the on-site team by constantly monitoring the system with regard to important parameters such as order and material flow and pick performance.

Your tasks will also include the independent rectification of faults and escalation control to our internal hotline as well as key figure tracking and reporting.

You are the first point of contact for Production for all questions relating to the software and IT system and carry out regular system work relating to hardware, software and the network.
What you'll need:

Good computer science knowledge through training and/or professional experience

Experience in software development, preferably with object-oriented programming languages (Java, C#, .NET) as well as database and SQL knowledge

Willingness to work shifts

Good communication skills in German necessary
