What you'll be handling:

  • Technical and disciplinary management of a team of 6 people
  • Review of contracts (supplier offers, framework agreements, service offers) as well as calculation of service concepts
  • Responsibility for the timely delivery of service concepts in the sales phase, in close cooperation with the sales team and our existing customers
  • Continuous updating and improvement of calculation tools and contract templates
  • Further development of the organization and expansion of the Sales Lifetime Service
  • Close cooperation with the "Sales Direct" and "Supply Chain Management" teams

What you'll need:

  • Completed training in the field of business, engineering or comparable as well as several years of professional experience in the sales environment
  • Strong understanding of business, commercial and contract law as well as knowledge of costing 
  • Enjoyment of working with people and experience in employee management
  • High degree of customer orientation, crisis management and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Fluent in German and English, other language(s) an advantage
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 30%)

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 65.433,00
