What you'll be handling:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Koordination von IT-Projekten
  • Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen und weiteren Stakeholdern zur Zieldefinition und Umsetzung
  • Planung, Überwachung und Steuerung von Projektfortschritten, Budgets und Ressourcen
  • Identifikation und Management von Risiken sowie Entwicklung geeigneter Maßnahmen
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Projekt-Workshops, Statusberichten und Entscheidungsvorlagen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Projektmethodik

What you'll need:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Projektmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Management von IT-Projekten, idealerweise in einem komplexen Umfeld

  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Koordination unterschiedlicher Projektbeteiligter und Anforderungen

  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

  • Sicheres Auftreten, kommunikative Stärke und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein

  • Vertrautheit mit klassischen und agilen Projektmanagement-Methoden (z.B. PRINCE2, PMI, Scrum)

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 52.198 Euro
