Maintenance Engineer - Martin and Servera
We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our residential maintenance team at the Martin and Servera site in Norrköping.
The TGW solution comprises a shuttle system with more than 35,000 storage locations in two temperature zones (ambient and chilled temperature). In order to utilise the available surface to its full extent, totes are stored triple-deep. An automatic mini-load warehouse with 11,000 storage locations and Mustang E+ storage and retrieval machines is used for replenishment. The site is monitored and maintained by 3 Maintenance Engineers and a Team Lead who work in a shift pattern from Monday to Friday.

The Maintenance Engineer supports our customer on all automation-related topics according to the agreed scope of supply. They provide a broad-based electrical, mechanical, controls, and software technical ability along with a right first-time mentality and a proactive approach to identifying ways to improve the site’s performance, i.e. fulfilling the contractual SLA.

What you'll be handling:
- Execute scheduled Preventive Maintenance tasks
- Resolve breakdown situations (Corrective Maintenance) - with support on more technical elements
- Ensure high levels of housekeeping, never compromise on safety first
- Support the automation to operate at its maximum efficiency
- Complete all necessary reports, including those for shift maintenance tasks, spare parts usage, and top loss, while working in DART and CMMS software platforms
- Continually improve the performance of the equipment through avenues such as top loss activities and design modifications
- Actively seek root cause when remedying any breakdowns on TGW-supplied equipment and software
- Supporting flow control activities
What you'll need:
- You have an Engineering Qualification
- You have some years of experience working in an automated environment
- You have an understanding of maintenance processes
- You are customer-focused
- You can work in a time-critical environment
- You are not afraid to work at heights
- You are available to work flexible shift patterns
- You are already living in the Norrköping/Linköping area
- You have an excellent command of the Swedish language
