As a Developer Test Engineering, you are responsible for independently defining and developing test plans and test specifications in an exciting and varied work environment. In our in-house test center, you will implement the necessary test setups and ensure the execution of tests (both manual and automated) within a motivated and collegial team. As an enthusiastic technician, you actively contribute to product development and impress with your committed and proactive work style.

What you'll be handling:

  • Development and implementation of test strategies and plans for mechatronic systems and components
  • Conducting manual and automated as well as exploratory tests and analyses to ensure the quality and reliability of our products in complex system landscapes (SW and HW)
  • Collaboration with development and production teams to identify and resolve errors
  • Design, execution, analysis, and documentation of test results and preparation of reports
  • Continuous improvement of testing processes and methods

 

What you'll need:

  • Completed education (HTL, FH, University) with a focus on electrical engineering, automation technology, software design, or mechatronics

  • High analytical ability and methodological competence to conceptualize and develop targeted testing procedures

  • Ideally, professional experience in the testing environment of mechatronic systems or programming and automation of testing processes

  • Experience with CI/CD is advantageous

  • Experience in software development

  • Solid German and English language skills, both spoken and written

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 46.620 EURO
