Aprovecharemos para conocernos personalmente y hablaremos abiertamente de las expectativas mutuas. Tendrá la ocasión de obtener más información sobre el puesto y sobre TGW y podrá convencernos más sobre su cualificación y su compromiso. Además de los objetivos para el futuro laboral, también hablaremos de posibles perspectivas en nuestra empresa.

En caso de causar una buena impresión durante nuestra primera entrevista, le invitaremos a rellenar un cuestionario online. Esto nos permitirá conocerle mejor y descubrir sus fortalezas, además de averiguar si la relación con la empresa encajaría a largo plazo. 

Aquí hablaremos en detalle de los resultados del análisis del perfil. Además, realizaremos una visita de la empresa y conocerá al equipo y el puesto de trabajo.

Después de la segunda entrevista, tomaremos una decisión lo antes posible. El departamento de personal y el departamento correspondiente al puesto le acompañarán durante todo el proceso de selección.
