Technical Support Engineer Mechanics (M/F/D)*

Als Technischer Support-Spezialist bist du verantwortlich für die Annahme, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von mechanischen Störungen. Du planst und koordinierst Technikereinsätze im Support-Umfeld und analysierst Störungen, um Lösungsvarianten zu erarbeiten. Im Dispatch unterstützt Du Kollegen bei der Rufannahme, Ticketdokumentation und proaktive Kundenkommunikation.

In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den (Assistant-)Key Account Managern unterstützt du in technischen Angelegenheiten und erkennst sowie behebst Störungspotentiale, um eine bestmögliche Anlagenverfügbarkeit zu gewährleisten.

What you'll be handling:

  • Annahme, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von mechanischen Störungen
  • Planung und Koordination der Technikereinsätze im Support-Umfeld
  • Unterstützung der (Assistant-)Key Account Manager in technischen Angelegenheiten
  • Erkennen und Beheben von Störungspotentialen, um eine bestmögliche Anlagenverfügbarkeit zu gewährleisten
  • Unterstützung und Beratung der Kunden im fachgemäßen Umgang mit unseren Logistiklösungen
  • Rufannahme, Ticketdokumentation und proaktive Kundenkommunikation
  • Verantwortung für Leistung, Kosten und Termine

What you'll need:

  • Fundierte technische Berufsausbildung (Lehrabschluss Mechatroniker, Betriebselektrik, HTL Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Anlagenbau)
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Logistik und Steuerung von Vorteil
  • Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Reisebereitschaft (ca. 5%)
  • Führerschein B

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 46.615 Euro
