Als Solutions Designer:in im Retro-Sales bist du während des gesamten Projektverlaufs die zentrale Anlaufstelle. Du verantwortest sowohl die technische Lösung als auch die dafür notwendigen kalkulierten Aufwände. Dabei fungierst du als Schnittstelle zwischen den Kunden, den Sublieferanten und allen erforderlichen internen Ressourcen.

What you'll be handling:

  • Erarbeitung einer optimal mechatronischen Lösung gemeinsam mit dem/der Sales-Engineer:in

  • Erheben, Verstehen und Hinterfragen relevanter kundenseitiger Prozesse und Anforderungen (ev. durch Ausschreibung) und Festhaltung inkl. kundenseitiger Freigabe

  • Analysierung von Kundendaten und Erarbeitung kundenseitiger Anforderungen

  • Erstellung von Materialfluss, Erweiterungs- oder Modernisierungskonzepte für Bestandsanlagen sowie Erstellung der Gesamtkalkulation mithilfe eines Projektterminplans

  • Systempräsentation sowie Argumentation und Verkauf beim Kunden

  • Laufender Kontakt zu den kundenseitig technischen Ansprechpartnern

What you'll need:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau etc.

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von MS-Office Programmen, Visio und Auto-CAD

  • Erfahrung im Prozessdesign sowie Funktionsbeschreibungen

  • Hohes Maß an Kommunikationsstärke sowie Selbstorganisation und Flexibilität

  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

  • Reisebereitschaft

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 44.909 Euro
