Integriert in unser Portfolio Management Team übernimmst du in dieser Rolle die Verantwortung für die Initiierung, Weiterentwicklung, Steuerung und Betreuung von intralogistischen Order Fulfilment Systemen über den gesamten Lebenszyklus. Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Systemlösungen die Anforderungen unserer Kunden an Kundennutzen, Leistung und Zuverlässigkeit, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Verfügbarkeit erfüllen. Du bist Kompetenzträger in deinem Verantwortungsbereich und entwickelst sowohl dein Marktwissen als auch dein technologischse Fachwissen kontinuierlich auf dem erforderlichen Niveau weiter und positionierst das Unternehmen damit für den langfristigen Erfolg.

What you'll be handling:

  • Identifizieren von Markt- und Technologietrends
  • Gestaltung des TGW Systemportfolios für innovative Order Fulfilment-Lösungen
  • Entwicklung von strategischen Roadmaps
  • Leitung internationaler, interdisziplinärer Teams bei systembezogenen Projekten und Initiativen
  • Evaluierung von Technologiepartnerschaften 

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Vertrieb, Marketing, Produktmanagement, Projektmanagement, F&E oder verwandten Bereichen
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Intralogistik: Marktumfeld, Marktteilnehmer, Lieferkette, Prozesse, Technologien
  • Min. 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Business Development-, Sales-, Marketing- und/oder Technologieumfeld 
  • Ausgeprägtes Know-how im Bereich der Logistikautomatisierung 
  • Fähigkeit, die Geschäftsprozesse von Kunden zu analysieren
  • Ergebnis- und lösungsorientiertes sowie wirtschaftliches Denken
  • Fähigkeit, Markt- und Kundenanforderungen in technische Spezifikationen umzusetzen
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
  • Kenntnisse moderner Arbeitsmethoden und -werkzeuge
  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 63.635 Euro
