Du suchst eine anspruchsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Aufgabe, in der du die angedachte Lösung für den Kunden gestalten, optimieren und Wirklichkeit werden lassen kannst? Als Projektleiter (m/w/d) verantwortest du den Software-Anteil hochkomplexer Intralogistik-Projekte und bist in der Umsetzung für das technische und wirtschaftliche Ergebnis verantwortlich. Dabei arbeitest du mit einem Team von Softwarespezialist:innen in einem agilen Entwicklungsumfeld. Begegne der neuen Herausforderung an deinem Einsatzort in Teunz oder Regensburg.

What you'll be handling:

  • In der Rolle des Projektmanagers (m/w/d) bist du Ansprechpartner:in gegenüber unseren Kund:innen und bist die Schnittstelle zu unseren internen und externen Partner:innen.

  • In der Rolle des Product Owners (m/w/d) verantwortest du das Kundeninteresse gegenüber dem Scrum Team.

  • Du analysierst die Businessanforderungen unserer Kund:innen und findest die effektivsten und effizientesten Lösungen.

  • Du betreust Projekte über die komplette Projektlaufzeit hinweg, von der Auftragsannahme bis zur Abnahme durch den Kund:innen.

What you'll need:

  • Kundenorientierung, Teamwork und Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen

  • Kommunikationsstärke, diplomatisches Geschick und Konfliktfähigkeit

  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement in der “echten” Welt

  • Internationale Reisebereitschaft sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Die Position ist grundsätzlich auch für (schwer-)behinderte Personen geeignet.
