What you'll be handling:

• You collect, understand, and challenge relevant customer processes and requirements and manage customer relationships
• You create the "gap analysis" and execution of the “Transparency Process” whereby functionality required for the solution is analysed with the central and customer unit architects to determine whether a gap is closed in the “product” (WERX) or delivered as a project-specific modification (feasibility and risk check)
• You ensure preliminary decisions for own or third-party software products
• You create IT cost calculations (for own products) and proposal documents and/or presentations (relevant to IT)
• You define the scope of supply and responsibility of the offered TGW IT solution
• You build ownership of any IT Security Related Questionnaires from the customer and formal response to such documentation, by engaging with central and customer unit IT Security specialists
• You define the integration of external WMS partners
• You ensure the handover of order to the realisation department. Transfer of project requirements to the IT development team
• You collect project requirements regarding logistics processes and communication with the software development team
• You create IT proposal templates and product descriptions and design IT calculation methods and tools

What you'll need:

• You have good market knowledge of warehouse management software including MFC, WCS, WES, and WMS
• You have excellent logistics, material flow, and data flow knowledge with relevant consultancy experience
• You know automation, storage, and material-handling technologies
• You have previous experience in process design and functional descriptions and marketing know-how for software products  
• You have an excellent command of the English and Swedish language
• Preferably you have also a good understanding of software deployed into manual warehousing solutions and good software knowledge including experience using high-level programming languages
