Lean Partner

As a Lean Partner, you will be responsible for driving the Lean culture in a specific area of the TGW organization in accordance with the TGW Strategy 2030. You will work closely with the responsible manager to promote and facilitate improvement projects that focus on cost savings, lead time reductions and reliability improvements. Your tasks will include identifying potential for improvement, evaluating its impact, prioritizing ideas and defining the necessary resources. You will ensure efficient and effective project execution and follow up on the results achieved.

What you'll be handling:

  • Detection of process improvement opportunity such as inefficiencies and bottlenecks
  • Definition and allocation of resources such as lean experts
  • Project management and follow-up of improvement projects
  • Support, coaching and mentoring of any improvement ideas and projects within the organization
  • Executing comprehensive and/or cross-functional improvement projects
  • Definition and monitoring of performance KPIs of the organization to analyze improvements and show the impact of the Lean implementation

What you'll need:

  • Completed technical or business university degree or comparable training
  • At least 5 years of experience in lean management with practical experience in both production and administrative environments (ideally in project-based industries)
  • Extensive knowledge of common lean methods as well as program and project management
  • Ideally experience in the field of Lean Enterprise (holistic end-to-end improvement approach)
  • Successful coach and mentor in the lean process as well as ideally certification as a Black Belt
  • Very good knowledge of German and English

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 52.198
