What you'll be handling:

  • Versandkoordination und Exportabwicklung für unsere internationalen Projekte
  • Einholen von Angeboten und Erstellen von Transportkonzepten in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Partnerspeditionen
  • Abstimmen, Erstellen, Kontrollieren und Einfordern der Lieferdokumente mit Kunden:innen und Lieferanten:innen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren weltweiten Niederlassungen, Zollabwickler:innen und Kunden:innen
  • Terminplanung in laufender Abstimmung mit Projekt- und Montageleitung

What you'll need:

ANFORDERUNGEN

  • Abgeschlossene kfm. Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau oder Lehre als Speditionskaufmann/-frau o.Ä.
  • Mindestens 4 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Exportabwicklung
  • Kenntnisse im Speditions- und Zollwesen
  • Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Proaktives, selbstständiges und vor allem genaues Arbeiten
  • Kreativität in der Lösungsfindung
  • SAP-Kenntnisse

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 42.000 Euro
